Geneviève Letarte explores the planet like an island. She wants the world and the extreme, and pursues a singular approach that takes her from literature to the stage and back again. Her writing has the breath of her race, and her sentences strike at silence, distances and misunderstandings. She has taken part in numerous multidisciplinary events and regularly creates performances and shows. Her first two novels were published by La Pleine lune: Station Transit (1983), Soleil Rauque (1986).
