One of the artist is in New York and the other in a small village in Quebec. They exchanged objects by mail activating an intergenerational dialogue.

This open call is a carte blanche with the sole objective of encouraging artists to present their current research, including for example the different processes, reflections and challenges that he or she encounters. DARE-DARE wishes to bring together in the form of a living library a collection of 7 artists ready to tell each other!

DARE-DARE continues its experimental school project. This second edition will be an opportunity to experiment with ways of transmitting and learning in DUO, to develop forms of resilient pedagogies in times of health and social crises.

DARE-DARE launches its experimental school project. This first, six-day laboratory will gather 15 people under the directive Fabuler l’école (Fantasize the School), as a way to imagine and experiment alternative pedagogies.

The Gourmet reading group comes with a gastronomic exploration inspired by the book and prepared by artist Érick d’Orion. At each meeting, a little group shares analysis and thoughts on an essay that they had been reading in the month leading to the gathering of the group.

For the next four years, DARE-DARE and SenseLab have decided to combine their strengths and encourage the recurrence of sporadic encounters that will take the form of a reading circle, spontaneous forums and micro-events; to pollinate ideas and perspectives and to generate thought together.

DARE-DARE organised a festive PARADE in Petite-Bourgogne and St-Henri neighborhoods. With or without costume, the public was invited to wander and celebrate the cityscape with family and friends.

The project is a mobile platform to encourage discussion in public spaces about the working conditions of artists and cultural workers in the Saint-Henri district, through bread and other artistic events.

For her participative project, she chose to install a patio swing on the site of DARE-DARE. This emblematic object of popular culture becomes here a friendly platform of investigation on dialogue and intersubjectivity. Throughout this installation in Saint-Henri, this patio swing will be perpetually transformed and will undergo multiple mutations before returning to the backyard in the Villeray district, where it comes from.

This project is the result of a long reflection on the relationship between repetition, experience and language. It is a performance realized by a group of performers who carry out several distinct actions in the public space.

The art day camp project "DÉFILER L'HISTOIRE" wishes to celebrate the heritage and history of the St-Henri district, so that it can be made known to the children through three creative workshops led by professional artists Christine Comeau, Noémi McComber and Martin Dufrasne.
