DARE-DARE invites artists to take part in the 2024 edition of its biennial Passeport event, with this year's theme: Avec les moyens du bord - Amour et bouts de chandelles.

For the second edition of the CONFLUENCES residency, DARE-DARE welcomes Annabelle Brazeau for 8 weeks. Her project Histoire de famille - récits dessinés is a comic strip micro-edition produced in collaboration with a literacy group.

To celebrate DARE-DARE's 37th anniversary with a bang, the PASSEPORT project is more ambitious and unifying than ever. This special edition features 37 artists who have made our center what it is.

A group walk, led by the artist, takes citizens, friends and passers-by through several geographic, linguistic and symbolic detours in the neighborhood surrounding DARE-DARE.

In order to generate further research on its thematic programming TRADUCTION, DARE-DARE has invited Kama la Mackerel to establish links between the 2021-2022 artists, regardless of the field in which they are active.

To conclude her year-long research residency, author Josianne Poirier has produced the fanzine Plus que deux.

Montreal launches of "Trop de réalité" and "Le Sauna-Rin 150W".

The zine collects, in the form of a publication, the documentation produced by the invited persons to a series of actions of the artist, so that the memory of the experience shared with the participants is the only trace of the realized performances.

This project consists of small booklets with short, powerful stories that people have told me over the years.

DARE-DARE is pleased to invite the public to the launch of the artist's book "Avec du l’autre" by Sylvie Cotton. The event will is held at L'Euguélionne Feminist Bookstore.

DARE-DARE is pleased to welcome every Friday of September, the illustrator and comic artist ETIENNE HOMME.

PASSEPORT DARE-DARE is a fundraising activity that encourages collaboration between commercial and artistic communities within the visual art community.

This original fundraiser consists of an annual public art event. PASSEPORT DARE-DARE offers you the opportunity to see the Quartier des spectacles with a fresh eye, meet 15 emerging contemporary artists and acquire a limited edition numbered collectors piece, on top of granting you access to areas normally closed to the public.

Fifteen members of DARE-DARE were invited to participate in Folie/Culture No. 7, a project created by curators Johanne Huot and Denis Simard.

The lithographs, previously designed for a collective artists' book, are accompanied by an original short story written by Anne-Marie Régimbald.
