Marie-Suzanne Désilets réalise des projets qui s'inscrivent au fil du quotidien. Depuis quelques années, elle étudie plus particulièrement les notions de vérité, de fantasme et de fiction.
VIVA! Art Action
VIVA! Art Action is a shared initiative between the artist-run centers articule, Clark, DARE-DARE, La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse, Praxis art actuel and Skol, which gave rise to the first international live art event in Montreal in the fall of 2006.
Marie-Suzanne Désilets creates projects that are part of everyday life. For the past few years, she has been studying the notions of truth, fantasy and fiction. The artist has presented numerous projects in Quebec, Canada and abroad, including Charbon and Turbo, an installation that stages a diary (presented, among others, at Galerie B-312 in Montreal in 2007 and at the Site Gallery in Windsor in 2010). She holds a master's degree in visual and media arts from the Université du Québec à Montréal and teaches at the École de design industriel de l'Université de Montréal and at the Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne.
