Poésies publiques
The Trois-Rivières component of Public Writings
In partnership with La Fenêtre and Culture Trois-Rivières and to mark its 40th anniversary, DARE-DARE is installing a neon sign in Trois-Rivières to present poems by 16 authors.

Presented as part of DARE-DARE's special 40th anniversary programming, the Trois-Rivières component of Écritures publiques takes up the formula of disseminating short poetic statements on an illuminated billboard, developed and disseminated since 2012 in Montreal parks by artist-run center DARE-DARE. Poésies publiques presents short poetic texts by 16 poets on an illuminated sign installed in front of the Espace Pauline-Julien, at the rate of one poem per week, for 16 weeks. The poems selected come from professional poets and participants from La Fenêtre, Centre d'immersion aux arts.
The poems will be posted from June 5 to September 28, 2025.
An open launch will take place on Thursday, June 5 at 5 p.m. at Espace Pauline-Julien, with poetry readings.
