Éveline Boudreau

Éveline Boudreau

Multidisciplinary artist, Éveline Boudreau is originally from New Brunswick. With a background in sociology and education, she obtained a master’s degree in education from the University of Ottawa while teaching kinesiology. She currently resides in Saskatchewan where she teaches French part-time. With a lifelong interest in the visual arts, she graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She has been active in many organizations including: AGAVF (Association des groupes en arts visuels francophones), CARFAC-SK, CARFAC-National, PAVED Arts and is currently on the Board of Directors of Free Flow Dance Co. In 2001, she was part of the SloMo Artist Residency (35 artists from 9 countries), three months at the Banff Art Centre. Since 2014, she has participated in the annual international conference The Art in Society. Currently, her artistic accomplishment lies primarily in performance art where the body, time and space are her primary materials. The subjects she addresses relate to identity, technology, and violence against women.
