As part of the Journées de la culture, Passeport returns for its 9th edition in the Southwest. This cultural event consists of a walking tour during which participants are invited to collect works of art and prints by about ten artists.

Ileana Hernández Camacho’s multidisciplinary practice centers on relational performance and explores human camouflage. She uses mimicry to interact with living and inanimate elements in her environment, particularly water, which is at the heart of her recent research. Through clothing and everyday objects, she transforms her natural body to create a poetic body. Her actions emphasize sensory awareness and collaboration. A native of Mexico City, she holds a master’s degree in artistic production from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM, Cuernavaca, 2024) and a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, with a specialization in Studio Arts, from Concordia University (Montreal, 2014). Her work has been presented in Cuba, Finland, Argentina, Canada, and Mexico.
